THE CHALLENGE
- Communicating Dolphin’s values (Love, Wisdom and Truth) in a way that felt genuinely lived-in — not corporate or formulaic
- Showcasing the school’s community involvement (Harvest Giving, care home visits, interfaith exchanges, charity work) as evidence of a real outward-facing ethos
- Making open morning booking and personal tour requests easy and frictionless — the primary conversion goal for a school of this size
- Ensuring the site served both prospective families and current parents navigating school life, news, and events equally well
- Delivering a CMS that allowed the small team to update galleries, news, and events independently throughout the year
OUR APPROACH
Innermedia designed the Dolphin website around the school’s rich community content. Photography of children at work and play, charity projects, outdoor learning, and events all featured prominently. The design is warm and uncluttered, with a clear visual hierarchy leading families from the homepage to admissions in as few clicks as possible.
The charity and community section received particular attention, structured to reflect the breadth of Dolphin’s outreach work (Wandsworth Foodbank, care home visits, interfaith exchanges) in a way that communicates values rather than listing activities. Open House and tour booking were placed prominently with inline forms removing every barrier between interest and action.
