THE CHALLENGE
- An existing website that was functional but no longer reflected the vibrancy, warmth, and quality of the Roche experience
- A broad age range (2.5–11) meant the site had to serve distinct audience groups within a cohesive structure
- Rich photography and community content existed but was not being used effectively — imagery of school life, trips, and events needed foregrounding
- The admissions journey needed simplifying, with clear signposting to open mornings, registration, and the application process
- A CMS was needed that allowed the small admin team to update news, events, and gallery content without external support
OUR APPROACH
Innermedia’s approach began with a thorough planning phase, questionnaire, kick-off, and sitemap development, focused on understanding what makes Roche distinctive and how to translate that into the digital experience.
The design team produced a homepage that leads with community imagery and warmth, with clear conversion pathways to admissions and open day registration. A structured snag process polished every detail before go-live, followed by CMS training for the school team.
