THE CHALLENGE
- Four distinct school phases (Nursery, Prep, Senior, Sixth Form) each required their own architecture, tone, and admissions journey
- Boarding provision needed a dedicated section, covering options, the boarding house, homestay, and boarding life, aimed at international families and agents.
- International admissions required separate pathways, fee information, and application processes distinct from the domestic journey
- iSAMS MIS integration needed to be planned in from the outset, providing direct portal access for parents
- GCSE and IB Diploma subject pages required templating at scale, consistent, content-rich, and manageable by the school’s own team.
OUR APPROACH
Innermedia worked from a V6 sitemap, reflecting the extensive pre-design planning that structured everything from Nursery intake through GCSE, IB Diploma Inner Core (TOK, CAS, EE), boarding, School Life, and News under one cohesive framework.
iSAMS integration was built in as a core deliverable with a dedicated Parents portal section. International applications received their own clearly signposted pathway within Admissions, ensuring overseas families could find and act on everything they needed without friction.
