white house prep school had a
new website. They needed a
film that could keep up.
THE CHALLENGE
- White House Prep School were launching a new website and needed a film ready to go with it
- The film had to feel modern, energetic and visually compelling — a genuine reflection of the school’s character
- It needed to cover the breadth of school life: everyday lessons, clubs, activities, and new facilities and equipment
- Branded graphic screens and text had to be integrated throughout, consistent with the school’s visual identity
- The finished film had to work equally hard across the website and social media as a versatile, standalone asset
OUR APPROACH
With a single shoot day to capture everything, planning was essential. We worked with White House Prep School to map out the key moments and areas to cover, making sure the clubs, facilities and new equipment all had dedicated time in the schedule alongside the everyday life of the school.
Filming took place over one full day on site. We captured pupils enjoying lessons and having fun learning, science experiments, the school’s iconic library space and their impressive entrance. We showcased the new equipment in the Early Years department, and one standout moment was filming the school’s very own race car, built on site, which added a genuine wow factor to the footage. The wide range of clubs on offer — including karate and gymnastics — gave the film an added energy and helped show the full breadth of what White House Prep School has to offer. The brief called for pace and dynamism, so shots were composed with the edit in mind throughout, prioritising visually engaging moments that would cut well to a fast-paced soundtrack.
The film was edited to a punchy, fast-paced music track, with branded graphic screens and text cut throughout in line with the school’s brand guidelines. These graphic breaks give the film structure and rhythm whilst reinforcing the school’s visual identity, resulting in a finished piece that feels current, polished and purposeful.
